Frequently asked questions
Do I really not need a printer?
No printer needed. We do the printing for you on commercial-grade equipment. You just upload the file or type your letter online.
What file types can I upload?
PDFs are recommended. We also accept common image formats (JPG, PNG) for attachments. PDF preserves layout, fonts, and signatures exactly.
How are documents printed?
On 20lb office-grade paper in black and white. Letters are folded, placed in a standard #10 envelope, and stamped with USPS postage.
Can I mail multi-page documents?
Yes. Standard letters cover up to 6 pages. Longer documents are handled with our extended-page option, up to 100 pages, with a small extra-stamp fee.
How fast will it arrive?
Domestic letters arrive in 2-5 business days after we mail them. International mail takes 7-14 business days.
