Will my PDF print exactly as I see it?

Yes. We render PDFs at print quality and preserve fonts, layout, embedded images, and signatures. We recommend exporting from your source app as a PDF/A or standard PDF rather than scanning.

How many pages can a single letter contain?

Standard letters include up to 6 pages. Longer PDFs are mailed with our extended-page option, up to 100 pages, with a small extra-stamp fee disclosed before payment.

Can I combine several PDFs into one letter?

Yes. You can upload multiple PDFs and we will print and mail them as a single letter in the order you list them.

Are PDFs printed in color?

Letters are printed in black and white by default. If you need color printing, contact us before paying — we can quote a custom job.

What if the recipient address is international?

International mail is supported at a flat international rate. Delivery takes 7-14 business days through USPS and the destination country.
