Where is my letter mailed from?
Letters are printed and mailed from inside the United States through USPS. The recipient sees a letter from the US mail stream regardless of where you are physically located.
Can I mail to a country other than the US?
Yes. International recipients are supported at a flat international rate. Delivery takes 7-14 business days.
Do I need a US return address?
You can use any return address. Many travelers use a home address, a family address, or a P.O. box. The return address is printed exactly as you enter it.
Will it look like local US mail?
Yes. The letter is printed on standard paper, sealed in a US #10 envelope with USPS postage. There is no marker that the order was placed from abroad.
Can I pay with a non-US card?
Yes. We accept international cards through Stripe. Charges are billed in USD; your card issuer handles the conversion.
